My stay at Altitude At Krystal Grand Cancun was truly wonderful. The ocean view from my suite was amazing, and the friendly staff made me feel welcomed. However, I did face some delays with service requests which dampened the experience slightly.

I stayed in an Ocean Front corner suite, which had super high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. The view of the ocean and hotel strip was amazing, and the balcony was cozy. However, I had originally booked a room on the 1st floor that obstructed the view, which was disappointing.

The staff were incredibly friendly and courteously attended to most requests. Although, I did have to wait almost two hours for a simple item like toothpaste after making multiple requests, which was a bit frustrating.

The location is excellent, right by the beach and close to restaurants and shops. However, the main building lacks an elevator from the tower, making it challenging for older guests.
