My stay at Altitude At Krystal Grand Cancun was truly wonderful. The ocean view from my suite was amazing, and the friendly staff made me feel welcomed. However, I did face some delays with service requests which dampened the experience slightly.
My stay at Altitude at Krystal Grand Cancun was lovely, with stunning ocean views and delicious food options. However, loud music by the pool sometimes disrupted the peace I was hoping for. Overall, the excellent service and beautiful beachfront made up for a few minor inconveniences.

The Altitude upgrade was certainly worth it for the exclusive amenities, but finding a shaded spot by the pools was challenging due to reserved loungers. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but there are areas for improvement.
